Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking an associate attorney with at least three years of experience in estate planning to join its Tax, Trusts, and Estates practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly launched office at an early stage and play a meaningful role in shaping its growth, culture, and market presence.

• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and tax planning matters
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Assist with planning for closely held and family-owned businesses
• Work with traditional and nontraditional families on complex wealth transfer issues
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and contribute to practice and office growth

• Minimum of three years of experience in trusts and estates or estate planning
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client service skills
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex planning structures
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
• Interest in helping build and grow a developing office and practice
• Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
• Optional alternative billable-hours track with proportional compensation adjustment
