Corporate Associate Attorneys (3-7 yrs) – Top Am Law 50 Firm

Our client, one of the largest global law firms, has an active need for corporate M&A/private equity lawyers to join as mid- to senior-level associates in their Chicago office headquarters. This firm’s award-winning, globally integrated team of corporate lawyers spans across four continents, and has extensive experience advising on a variety of complex, cross-border and high-profile, strategic transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex M&A and private equity transactions from inception through closing
• Draft a variety of transaction-related documents
• Handle general corporate matters for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and other public and privately held businesses

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of corporate M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Large law firm experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $435,000.
