A nationally recognized plaintiff's law firm with offices across the country is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team in Chicago. This firm is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families impacted by serious injuries and illnesses, and offers a collaborative, mission‑driven environment where attorneys can make a meaningful difference.

The ideal attorney will have 2+ years experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. This attorney will be responsible for:

• Managing a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.
• Overseeing discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Serving as second chair in trials with future opportunities to first chair.
• Collaborating with a national litigation team and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Base salary starts at $120,000+ (commensurate with experience) + discretionary bonus
