Salary noted in job ad includes all in compensation, ie., 1/3 of any business brought in plus holiday bonuses

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our clients team in Chicago. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in real estate transactions or litigation, as well as recent law graduates awaiting bar results. You will manage a variety of real estate cases while working closely with clients and senior attorneys.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and closing documents
- Conduct title reviews and resolve related issues
- Advise clients on real estate matters, compliance, and dispute resolution
- Represent clients in real estate‑related litigation when necessary
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow‑up
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois (or awaiting Illinois bar results)
- 0-5 years of real estate law experience (transactional or litigation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
