Real Estate Partner ; No Biz Req – Chicago Boutique Law Firm

About the Position:
We are working with an established Chicago boutique law firm that has an immediate need for an experienced real estate attorney (15+ yrs) to join as a partner. This premier practice represents a sophisticated client base, including real estate investment trusts, developers, syndicators, high-net-worth individuals, brokerage firms, and property management companies. Some portable business is preferred for this role but is not required.

Responsibilities:

· Represent owners, developers, and general contractors in construction disputes throughout the United States

· Represent commercial clients in purchasing, selling, developing, financing (on behalf of both lenders and borrowers), and leasing real estate

Required Qualifications:

· 15 or more years of commercial real estate experience

· Experience representing commercial clients in purchasing, selling, developing, financing (on behalf of both lenders and borrowers), and leasing real estate

· No portable business is required

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $350,000.
