Real Estate Development Associate Premier Mid-Size Chicago Law Firm

About the Position:
We are working with an established Chicago law firm, with a truly high-end and sophisticated practice, that has an immediate need for a real estate associate with developer experience. This firm is well-known for its collaborative work environment and has a diverse middle-market client base, with deep experience representing developers, investors, landlords, REITS, and syndicators in a wide range of real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

· Represent a range of real estate clients including developers, investors, lenders, REITs, syndicators, landlords and tenants, and brokers

· Collaborate with attorneys in the finance, tax, and business practice groups

· Assist with representing clients in an array of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance matters

Required Qualifications:

· 3 or more years of real estate experience from a mid-size or large law firm
. Must have experience working with developers

· Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000+.
