Structured Finance/Securitization Associate (3+ yrs) – Top Am Law 50 Firm

About the Position: Our client, a renowned global law firm, is actively seeking a finance lawyer with structured finance/securitization experience to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. This destination practice handles high-value, complex financings across a broad spectrum of platforms, industries and asset types, including a comprehensive range of lending and securitization services, for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Work on complex structured finance transactions, including 144A securitizations, forward flow purchases, and static sales
• Represent institutional lenders in single and multi-asset financings of commercial real estate, including mortgage originations for commercial mortgage-backed securitization programs
• Draft and negotiate a variety of transaction documents

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
