Position: Intellectual Property Associate (Chicago)

Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with leading US-based organizations. We are hiring for a well-established, business-focused AmLaw 200 law firm with a strong global presence and a reputation for delivering high-value legal counsel across complex, business-critical matters. The firm combines Big Law-caliber work with a collaborative, human-centered culture and is seeking to strengthen its Intellectual Property practice in key US markets.

Role Snapshot

Compensation: $225K - $310K (Salary range is an estimate; final compensation discussed during interviews)

Location: Chicago, IL. Hybrid (3 days in-office)

YOE: 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters

Associates are hired directly into practice groups and are given substantive responsibility early, working closely with partners on meaningful client matters in a leanly staffed environment.
