Work with a diverse portfolio of clients including private equity groups, ambulatory surgery centers, hospital systems, specialty clinics, and healthcare investors on complex and strategic deals that influence healthcare delivery nationwide.
What You’ll Be Doing- Structuring and negotiating healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Supporting private equity investments in healthcare platforms
- Advising on business operations and regulatory considerations
- Working alongside top-tier attorneys across a nationally integrated team
- Engaging directly with clients, decision-makers, and growth-focused providers
- 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience (healthcare preferred)
- Background in a top 100 law firm
- Strong drafting, writing, and academic credentials
- Interest in private equity–focused healthcare transactions
- Admission to the California Bar
- Work with one of the industry’s most respected healthcare legal teams
