• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in IL.
• 7+ years of substantive IP litigation experience, with significant federal court responsibility.
• Strong technical aptitude or experience handling matters involving engineering, life sciences, software, or emerging technologies.
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with expert witnesses, complex discovery, and trial preparation.
