Public Finance Associate (3+ yrs) – National Am Law 200 Firm

About the Position: Our client, a dynamic national law firm, is seeking a public finance lawyer to join its practice as a mid to senior-level associate in Chicago. This firm’s Public Finance practice is nationally Chambers-ranked and this firm represents some of the most well-known corporations in the country while offering the resources of a large law firm within a small office atmosphere.

• Ranked as a top law firm in the Midwest by Vault Law
• Firm was named on Best Lawyers’ “Best Law Firms” list
• Work directly with clients and participate in business development activities
• Collegial environment with opportunities for advancement

• Provide legal support for partners in matters relevant to public finance including bond, underwriters, and disclosure counsel
• Advise clients on a range of matters related to public finance transactions
• Collaborate with talented and team-oriented attorneys across practice groups and offices

• 3+ years of transactional experience
• An interest in public finance is preferred; prior public finance experience is a plus
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $265,000 – $355,000.
