One of our incredible boutique law firm clients is seeking a highly skilled and experienced partner-level Corporate Attorney to join their growing Chicago office.

Their corporate practice is led by former Big Law attorneys committed to handling sophisticated matters across industries while fostering an innovative and collaborative culture. • Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate governance and general corporate counseling.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic, operational and outside general counsel matters affecting their businesses.
• Collaborating with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive, cross-disciplinary legal solutions.
• Maintaining a book of business, with a strong focus on client development and retention.
• Mentoring and supervising associates and fostering professional development and high-quality work product.
• Contributing to the overall growth and strategic direction of the Corporate practice.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the attorney maintains their practice.
• 10+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a reputable firm.
• Established portable book of business required.
• Strong business development skills and market presence.
• Strong leadership skills and excitement in mentoring junior attorneys.
