Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking mid to senior level Associates to join its prestigious healthcare group. This opportunity is available in Chicago (preferred), Los Angeles (preferred), Atlanta, Charlotte, DC, and New York.

Associates will work on sophisticated transactions involving healthcare providers, payors, investors, and strategic partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Structuring and negotiating healthcare M&A and private equity transactions
- Drafting and reviewing complex transactional documents
- Providing guidance on healthcare regulatory considerations affecting deals
- Working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams
- Taking on increasing levels of responsibility with a clear path to partnership
- 3–6 years of healthcare transactional experience
- Experience with healthcare private equity transactions strongly preferred
- Large law firm experience required
- Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and superior organizational skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and internal teams
