• Represent clients in patent litigation cases in district court, and before the ITC and USPTO
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation strategy, managing and drafting fact and expert discovery, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting case-dispositive and evidentiary motions, trial, and appeal

• 2-7 years of patent litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $410,000.
