Responsibilities- Serve as the primary expert resource for deceased estate matters across the organization.
- Review and validate estate documentation including death certificates, letters of testamentary, probate documents, and executor authorizations.
- Coordinate the transfer or liquidation of securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments held in deceased accounts.
- Ensure proper handling of outstanding trades, margin positions, and corporate actions for deceased accounts.
- Liaise with legal counsel and compliance teams on complex or high‑value estate matters.
- Law degree, paralegal certification, or other relevant qualification, or significant demonstrable experience.
- Experience with international estates and cross‑border asset transfers.
- Knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust structures.
- Experience working in a global financial institution.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication—verbal and written.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.
- Hands‑on approach to deliver quality and volume.

This role's anticipated base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The total compensation package also includes a discretionary cash bonus and stock award, and additional benefits as noted.
