Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients and taking accurate messages when reception is not available, including proper contact details
• Receiving deliveries, faxing, and mailing
• Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing and correspondence
• Ensuring accuracy of all documents
• Performing administrative duties such as research, filing, organizing files, and calendaring
• Conducting legal research as assigned
• Making copies and entering billable hours daily
• Performing additional tasks as requested by the Firm Management

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Law firm experience (preferred)
• Domestic experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with PC programs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in family law or litigation (for senior positions)
