Amundsen Davis seeks a litigation associate to join the Construction Group in its Chicago office. The role involves reviewing, revising, and negotiating construction contracts and handling construction‑related business disputes.
Responsibilities- Review, revise, and negotiate construction contracts.
- Manage construction‑related business disputes.
- Collaborate with team members and support the Construction Group.
- Licensed attorney in Illinois.
- Minimum four years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Background in construction law preferred.
- Strong work ethic and effective teamwork skills.
The annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $120,000–$180,000, depending on experience. The range excludes bonus opportunities. Benefits overview.
