Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist for our PC&B division. The role demands extensive knowledge and expertise in US and Canadian immigration laws, procedures, and regulations to assist in visa applications, green card processes, and citizenship options. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely submission of immigration applications, supporting our immigration objectives effectively.

• Act as a primary advisor on immigration processes, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to develop strategic plans and resolve immigration issues.
• Prepare, submit, and track the status of immigration applications while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and ensure audit readiness of all immigration processes and documentation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance and solutions on immigration matters.

• Proven experience as an Immigration Specialist.
• Deep understanding of US and Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

• Previous experience in immigration services within a corporate setting is preferred.
