Attorney

Our client is a rapidly growing Chicago-based law firm with a sophisticated, full-service practice representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm provides strategic counsel across corporate and business matters, creditors’ rights, employment law, commercial litigation, real estate, and wealth preservation. We are seeking experienced Partner-Level Attorneys with a portable book of business of at least $500,000 to join and grow with a dynamic and expanding firm.

• Maintain and expand an established portable book of business (minimum $500K required)
• Provide high-level legal counsel to clients in one or more core practice areas: corporate/business counseling, creditors’ rights, employment, litigation, real estate, or wealth preservation
• Develop new client relationships and contribute to the firm’s overall business development initiatives
• Collaborate with partners across practice groups to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary solutions
• Supervise and mentor associates and junior attorneys as the practice grows
• Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois (or ability to waive in promptly)
• Portable book of business of $500,000+
• Significant experience in at least one of the firm’s core practice areas
• Strong business development track record and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent client management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$300,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
