About the Position:
Our client, a top global law firm, has an active need for a corporate lawyer to join its nationally recognized practice as a mid to senior-level associate in Chicago. This practice is consistently recognized as a leader in the industry and advises many of the world’s largest companies, investment banks and other active participants in the market.

Responsibilities:

· Advise clients in a range of corporate transactional matters, including M&A, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures

· Counsel companies on corporate governance and takeover preparedness

Required Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience with mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate transactional

· Experience managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus

· Excellent academic credentials

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $345,000.
