This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants to focus on high-stakes toxic exposure and catastrophic injury litigation

Key Responsibilities- Handle plaintiff-side asbestos, mesothelioma, and silica-related cases
, including complex toxic exposure claims - Manage cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and case development
- Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Advocate aggressively to maximize recovery for injured clients and their families
- 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
- Hands-on experience with Asbestos, Mesothelioma, and Silica matters (required)
- Strong background handling catastrophic injury cases
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage complex litigation independently in a hybrid or remote environment
- Hybrid or remote flexibility
- Work on high-impact toxic tort litigation
- Collaborative plaintiff-side team with strong mentorship

The annual salary for this position can be between $150,000- $200,000 base annually
