3+ years

• Handle plaintiff-side asbestos, mesothelioma, and silica-related cases
  , including complex toxic exposure claims
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, settlement negotiations, and case development
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Advocate aggressively to maximize recovery for injured clients and their families

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
• Hands-on experience with Asbestos, Mesothelioma, and Silica matters (required)
• Strong background handling catastrophic injury cases
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex litigation independently in a hybrid or remote environment

The annual salary for this position can be between $150,000- $200,000 base annually
