Healthcare Associate Attorney Am Law Firm

Our client, a dynamic national Am Law firm, has an active need for a healthcare attorney to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This firm boasts one of the largest healthcare practices in the country and is Chambers-ranked. The attorneys in this practice represent hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, laboratories, academic medical centers, and long-term care centers throughout the country.

• Advise hospitals, health systems, practices, and providers on transactional and regulatory matters, including licensure issues, corporate practice of medicine issues, HIPAA, privacy, and regulatory matters, Telemedicine Bylaws/policies/procedures, investigations and surveys
• Draft and negotiate professional services agreements and corporate documents
• Represent a range of clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, laboratories, academic medical centers, and long-term care centers in a range of healthcare matters

• 2+ years of healthcare law experience, including fraud and abuse laws, government investigations/related litigation, HIPAA, operational/payor contracting, Medicare and Medicaid plans, and/or support for health care M&A deals
• Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $210,000 - $390,000.
