Our client is a respected boutique law firm focused exclusively on representing employees in workplace disputes. The firm is known for its strong advocacy in individual, collective, and class action employment litigation matters. With a mission-driven practice and a collaborative team environment, the firm offers paralegals meaningful exposure to impactful cases involving workplace discrimination and civil rights. They are seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join their growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and is comfortable supporting complex plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through trial.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support in employment discrimination matters from case inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
- Assist with document production, exhibit preparation, and organization of case materials
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
- Manage litigation calendars and ensure strict compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, scheduling, and document collection
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
- Prepare materials for state and federal court filings
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant within a law firm
- At least 1–2 years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Strong understanding of state and federal court systems, procedures, and terminology
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with EEOC and/or IDHR processes is a plus
The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000
