Beacon Hill Legal is working with a well‑established and reputable, full‑service mid‑size law firm in its search for a Corporate Associate
. The ideal candidate will have 2+
years' experience in a law firm setting.
- Represent clients in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and related documents.
- Advise on corporate formation and structuring, including drafting operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy/sell agreements.
- Provide counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and review a wide range of corporate agreements and contracts.
- Support business clients with day‑to‑day corporate legal needs.
- Experience in corporate formation, governance, operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, and M&A transactions.
- Familiarity with private equity, venture capital transactions, or related tax and securities law issues.
- Hybrid, flexible work environment
- 1800 billable hour expecttion
- Originations included at associate level
- Base salary starts at $200,000+ comensurate with experience
