Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate formation, due diligence, and stock and asset sales.
- Support in commercial and real estate transactions as part of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Must be admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing.
- Experience in commercial and real estate transactions is preferred.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate formation, due diligence, and stock and asset sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated $135,000 to $185,000. The estimated salary range listed is specifically for applicants who will perform work in New Jersey if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations. Any final salary offer will be determined based on internal equity, market data, the candidate’s skills, relevant experience, and applicable degrees or certifications.
