Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:
• Assist in developing overall case strategy and trial preparation
• Support complex commercial and technology/software disputes
• Collaborate with expert teams on scientific and technical issues
• Engage in key discovery processes, including document review and analysis
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, and research summaries
• Work closely with large national law firms on multi-party litigation
• Contribute meaningfully to trial strategy and case theory development

Qualifications
• 0–3 years of litigation experience
• Admission to practice in Illinois or eligibility for admission (Illinois Bar required or eligible)
• Demonstrated academic excellence and intellectual curiosity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-driven litigation environment
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
