Paralegal - Commercial Contracts & Asset Management

A global asset management business is seeking to appoint an In-House Paralegal to join its legal team.

This role sits within a busy investment management platform and focuses on complex mutual fund, alternative fund and institutional distribution agreements. You will work closely with Legal and Sales, taking ownership of drafting, reviewing and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts.

The position requires extensive commercial contracts experience. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, terminations, summarising key terms and coordinating execution. The role also involves supporting RFPs, due diligence requests, board materials and regulatory document production.

About you:

• Extensive experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong background within the mutual fund or wider financial services sector
• Previous in-house paralegal experience
• Paralegal certification required
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Base salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
