Job Title:
Pre-Litigation Attorney
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
- Conduct detailed case investigations and liability analysis.
- Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in personal injury (pre-litigation preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$150,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
