• The Estate Planning Group handles high-level, sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients, including complex trusts (generation‑skipping, special needs, irrevocable for asset protection), family business succession planning, tax minimization strategies, estate administration, guardianship, elder law, and multigenerational legacy planning—rivaling downtown Chicago firms while fostering long-term, relationship-based client interactions.

• Handle sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters
• Provide tax planning, general business advice, and family business succession strategies
• Draft complex documents with excellence (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
• Engage significantly with clients and referral sources
• Work onsite in a collaborative team environment with partner support

5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, with proven work on sophisticated matters, tax planning, and business advice; excellent drafting skills; strong financial or accounting background; deadline-oriented; desire for substantial client and referral interaction; willing to work onsite in the Chicago area.

On-site in Western Suburbs of Chicago

• Base salary up to $175k (Senior/Director level) commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Exceptional bonus potential—often more than double competitors, with performance-based incentives and 10% origination credit on cross‑sold business
