This is a full‑time attorney position requiring on‑site work in Chicago, which uniquely offers candidates the opportunity to support clients in a wide range of litigation and transaction matters. Our ideal candidate will have 2 – 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in litigation and/or transactional work. Prior experience in health care law is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to work on a wide variety of matters in a collaborative environment.

• 2 – 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney in litigation and/or business transactions; prior experience in health care law is preferred
• Ability to review and analyze a wide range of legal issues
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
• Transaction experience in sale/purchase of business, employment contracts, and partnership agreements
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with sound judgment and decision making
• Member of Illinois Bar in good standing
• Willing to apply for licensure in Arizona
