Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trusts, and wills.
  • Drafting various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Assisting clients with wealth transfer strategies and advising on tax implications.
  • Meeting with clients to gather information, explain legal options, and answer questions.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate law.
  • Qualifications
  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law, including tax‑related matters.
  • Proven experience drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative legal strategies.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
