POSITION: Insurance Coverage Associate
LOCATION: Chicago, IL
Insurance Coverage Associate| National Law Firm | Chicago, IL Our prestigious law firm client is hiring an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate to work in its downtown Chicago office. Our client is a national law firm with more than 90 attorneys in offices across the United States. They provide a full range of services to their clients across 18 service areas. They are looking to expand their Insurance Coverage Practice Group.
They are a firm in growth mode and are looking for attorneys interested in growing with them. The firm offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and supportive family-friendly team.
The Firm’s Chicago Coverage Group operates as a strong collective of coverage partners and associates with a focus on teamwork and collegiality. As a member of their team, the attorney will have the benefit of gaining hands-on experience and working closely with partners invested in their professional development and growth. The office has implemented a mentorship program to foster individual attorney growth.
The Chicago office offers a flexible work environment with remote workdays. The office regularly plans optional social functions to foster team engagement and connectivity.
The position includes writing coverage opinions and coverage position letters and will include handling coverage litigation nationwide. The successful candidate possesses exceptional research and writing skills, has a keen attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years of coverage experience; professional liability and D&O policies experience is a plus
- JD from an accredited university
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Admitted in the State of Illinois
