Personal Injury Paralegal – Chicago | Plaintiff Litigation | $85K

An established and respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its litigation team. This is an onsite opportunity offering up to $85K base, where you’ll work closely with trial attorneys handling meaningful, high-impact injury cases. The firm has a strong reputation for advocating on behalf of injured clients and provides hands-on exposure to litigation, from pre-suit through trial preparation.

With a collaborative team environment and consistent case flow, this role offers stability, growth, and the chance to be deeply involved in complex plaintiff-side matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files from intake through litigation
• Draft demand packages
• Draft pleadings & discovery
• Collect medical records and bills
• Communicate with clients & insurance adjusters
• Trial prep support

Qualifications

• 2+ years PI experience
• Plaintiff-side preferred
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong case management skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters

Salary:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 – $85,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
