Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client and top-ranked Am Law 25 firm in seeking a corporate M&A associate with approximately 2–6 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a broad range of strategic and sponsor-side M&A transactions. Relevant experience includes mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchases, leveraged buyouts, platform and add-on acquisitions, joint ventures, minority and growth equity investments, and related corporate governance and transactional matters.

This is a sophisticated, broad-based corporate M&A practice with meaningful cross-office collaboration and substantial client exposure for associates. The practice group provides associates with substantive responsibility, hands-on deal experience, and direct client interaction early in their careers, along with excellent long-term partnership and in-house prospects.
