Employment Associate Attorney

Well-established, mid-size law firm seeks associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in employment counseling, employment litigation, and business litigation. The ideal candidate should have experience handling employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, counseling clients on a range of employment issues, creating and revising employee handbooks and policies, handling complex commercial litigation, and have strong writing, research, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle and manage cases with minimal supervision.
