Labor & Employment Senior Associate or Counsel Opportunity - AM LAW Top 100 Law Firm - Chicago, IL
Compensation: $310,000 - $370,000 Base Salary plus bonuses (Depending on experience)

Requirements
- MUST HAVE - 6+ years of previous experience in Labor & Employment Law
- Must have significant traditional labor experience (dealing with unions, collective bargaining, NLRB matters, labor arbitrations etc)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
