Real Estate Leasing Senior Associate or Partner No Biz

About the Position

Our client, an established and dynamic midsize Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a real estate leasing attorney (8+ yrs) to join as a senior associate or income partner in the firm’s Chambers-ranked practice. This practice handles all types of real estate matters across the country, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture transactions, real estate development, manufactured housing, financing, and commercial leasing.

• Robust support from associates and paralegals

• First chair lease negotiations for clients across the country, specifically office and retail leases
• Work with a broad client base including, REITs, owners, and managers

• 8 or more years of commercial leasing experience, including both landlord and tenant side work (landlord side preferred)
• Significant development and lease negotiation experience, particularly with commercial leases
• Experience working with all types of owners, managers, and users, including REITs and other institutional owners, in the office, industrial, and retail sectors

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $340,000 – $400,000.
