Associate - Litigation; Chicago

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Chicago office.

Requirements:
At least 2‑3 years of litigation experience.

• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
• Assisting with complex client and opposing‑party management and communication
• Preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Judicial clerkship strongly preferred.

Salary range: $215,000–255,000/yr.
