In House Counsel - Sr. Corporate Cousel

A well‑established,
Chicago‑based financial administrative firm is partnering exclusively with Beacon Hill Legal to add a Sr. Corporate Counsel to its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate attorney ready to go in‑house and play a meaningful role in sophisticated transactions.

The preferred candidate possesses a minimum of 6+ years' experience in a sophisticated law firm setting with demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume transactions, drafting ancillary legal documents, and regulatory compliance. This role offers substantial transactional responsibilities from the outset and provides the opportunity to collaborate with a lean, cooperative legal team that emphasizes work‑life balance.

This is a hybrid position based in downtown Chicago, with two days per week in the office
. The company offers a competitive base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus.
