In House Counsel - Corporate

A well‑established, Chicago‑based financial administrative firm is partnering exclusively with Beacon Hill Legal to add a Corporate Counsel to its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate attorney ready to go in-house and play a meaningful role in sophisticated transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of corporate law firm experience with high-volume deals, drafting, and compliance. This role offers the chance to work with a small, supportive legal team known for mentoring, allowing you to take on responsibilities quickly while enjoying a genuine work/life balance.

This is a hybrid position based in downtown Chicago, with two days per week in the office. The company offers a competitive base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus.
