Our client is seeking a driven Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a fast‑growing, well‑resourced team in Chicago. This role is ideal for an attorney eager to sharpen their litigation skills in a supportive environment — no prior trial experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of personal injury matters (plaintiff or defense backgrounds encouraged to apply).
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, negotiations, and client communications.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy and case direction.
• Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel throughout each matter.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (either side).
• Strong writing, research, and case‑management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of files while collaborating within a team structure.
• Eagerness to grow — trial training and mentorship provided.
