Chicago - Health Care & Life Sciences Associate

Overview

Jones Day’s Atlanta office is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences (HCLS) Practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of large law firm experience and significant experience handling legal matters within the HCLS industry. A strong background in both regulatory and transactional work is preferred. The candidate must be familiar and comfortable in a team atmosphere and have excellent academic credentials.

This is a unique opportunity to join the HCLS practice working with national health systems, global life science enterprises, Fortune 20 companies, emerging digital health organizations, and private equity, in the US and abroad.

• 3–5 years of large law firm experience with significant experience handling legal matters in the Health Care & Life Sciences industry.
• Strong background in regulatory and transactional work.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent academic credentials.

The salary range for this role is $260,000 – $455,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Jones Day offers a comprehensive benefits program including Paid Time Off;
