Overview

The Supply Chain Customer Analyst serves as a critical link between the company’s supply chain operations and our key customers. This role focuses on analyzing customer demand, customer inventory levels and ensuring product availability. Improving service outcomes through data insights and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Demand & Order Management
  • Review and monitor customer orders
  • Monitor, analyze, and validate customer demand forecasts and order patterns.
  • Monitor and analyze customer inventory levels and suggesting customers next order quantities
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Sales Service and Traffic teams to address order or delivery issues.
  • Setup Customer Ship To locations as needed
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze supply chain KPIs such as fill rate, on-time delivery and inventory levels.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into customer performance and trends.
  • Identify root causes of service issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Traffic, Warehousing, and Sales Service teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline customer order processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (In Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field)
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or data analysis (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Power BI Experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of McLane/ Wal Mart Systems is a plus (Retail Link)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
