Supply Chain Manager

LHH is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, and materials flow operations in alignment with production needs. This role will ensure materials are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently to support on‑time manufacturing.

• Develop and execute materials management and purchasing strategies.
• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage ongoing vendor performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Improve material flow and reduce costs through process optimization.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to align demand and supply.
• Lead and mentor a team of buyers, planners, and inventory specialists.
• Enforce safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in materials, procurement, or supply chain—preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
