We are seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Drive Coordinator to greet customers arriving at our service department. The successful candidate will facilitate a smooth transition for customers to Service Advisors and assist with vehicle movement and lot maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in an outdoor environment.

• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff or location.
• Install protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers at vehicle pick-up and thank them for their business.
• Move customer vehicles safely in and around the lot and service areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning tasks including trash removal and sweeping.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position involves working in a non-climate controlled environment and requires the candidate to be comfortable with various weather conditions.

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Capable of safely operating vehicles in tight and confined spaces.
• Professional appearance and neat personal grooming.
• Dependable with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
