A key member of the NAM Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Coordinator works closely with the Deployment, Sales Ops Hardware Support and 3PL teams to ensure product is picked and shipped on time, in full and aligned with customer and 3PL service level agreements. The SC Coordinator manages administrative tasks such as order placement and fulfillment, daily warehouse capacity planning, information distribution, report collation and communication support.
They also analyze operational performance and resolve issues. The SC Coordinator has excellent communication skill, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, multitask, experience meeting hard deadlines and working in a fast paced and growing environment.
* This is a contract role through 12/31/26.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for daily processing or orders across the NAM, working directly with 3PL service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate Delivery Schedule to all participants. Work with the Deployment team to eliminate blockers.
- Maintaining and monitoring BAU delivery and major project Schedule, organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Assess any sale order risks / inventory issues and escalate appropriately.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer sales orders for upload to 3PL warehouses.
- Approval and allocation of sales orders for release within Frozen Zone period.
- Investigation on root causes for delivery & inventory issues, providing instructions and solutions where required.
- Warehouse support when needed.
- Assist Supply Chain Managers in improvement projects.
- Investigate, identify and implement any opportunities to improve the logistics operation and foster continuous improvement. Support efforts to promote best practice ideas across Coates & 3PL’s.
- Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role – Minimum 3 years.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience with good overall knowledge of Supply Chain.
- Proven agility and flexibility to cope with demands of multiple concurrent tasks and changes in priority of work activities.
- Experience building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized (structured) way of working with strong attention to detail and solutions focused.
- High attention to detail.
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel.
- Takes initiative by liaising and directly advising internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent cross department communication.
- Remains calm and flexible whilst working on multiple projects or issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinating inbound, outbound & 3PL activities to ensure product is fulfilled and delivered on time and at a competitive rate.
- External 3PL provider to ensure all products are received, picked, packed & shipped to site in full on time.
- Work with Supply Planner/Buyer to ensure inbound replenishment is on track to minimize inventory disruptions.
- Local warehousing & distribution deliverables per the SLA.
- Assist in 3PL inventory discrepancy investigations.
- Work on projects of all sizes and business scale impact.
- Drive best practice processes to eliminate pain points in lead to cash processes & inventory management.
$61,600 - $70,000 a year
Full salary range: $61,600/year minimum, $65,800/year midpoint, $70,000/year maximum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
