Job Description:
Global Food & Nutrition Logistics Lead
The Global Food & Nutrition Logistics lead will own the creation and deployment of the Global End-to-End logistics strategy & value creation plan in partnership with teams across the globe.
The role combines extensive logistics functional expertise with a strategic mindset & hands‑on implementation approach to achieve stretch efficiency and sustainability goals. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional with high learning agility to work with new and mature businesses while gaining exposure to a wide‑ranging stakeholder base.
The successful candidate will be passionate about driving sustainable change in logistics and end‑to‑end supply chain optimization. With a high level of stand‑alone and personal drive they will manage a broad agenda, bringing authority, credibility and a highly collaborative approach in partnership with all levels of the organization. They will also possess strong executive communication skills and an engaging style for successful partnership with senior functional & business stakeholders.
Whatare we looking for?
- Minimum B.A. degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Leadership.
- Operational & Strategic leadership experience in Transportation & Warehousing.
- Extensive Logistics functional knowledge in North America, European & Global shipping logistics (preference for Food & FMCG).
- Knowledge and experience of supply network design & optimization.
- Knowledge of evolving Logistics sustainability best practices in line with industry developments.
- Ability to act as an internal continuous improvement consultant to supply chain operations with diverse maturity levels.
- Passion for coaching & developing.
- Strong track record of driving results and influencing cross‑functional teams with & without direct authority.
- Ability to travel regionally & globally as required (< 25%).
- Co‑create the Global Food Logistics Strategy & Deployment plan, including sustainability roadmap, with regions & businesses.
- Drive the evolution of Logistics performance across all performance metrics together with regions & businesses.
- Build Logistics functional competence across the segment in collaboration with cross‑segment communities of expertise.
- Partner with Procurement function on strategic and operational initiatives to deliver performance optimisation.
- Consult and lead strategic projects related to distribution supply network design as required.
- Consult and lead on specific improvement projects as required.
- Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits.
