Job Overview

We are seeking qualified delivery drivers to staff stores across the region. Applicants must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record that meets company standards, and access to an insured vehicle. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for advancement to management or franchise ownership.

• Deliver pizzas and flyers to customers by car.
• Maintain accurate monetary change.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prep products, receive and process telephone orders, and complete inventory paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Use navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses, including multi‑story buildings.
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle.
• Good written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Computer or touchscreen proficiency for order entry.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for precise movements.

Training:
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Handling goods up to 50 pounds; carrying pizza dough trays (approximately 12 pounds each) and large sauce jars (around 30 pounds).
• Forward bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching above 72 inches for stocking and operational tasks.
• Eye‑hand coordination for shaping dough, cutting, and packaging.
• Exposure to varying weather during delivery; in‑store temperatures may range from 36°F to above 90°F.
• Contact with food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and moving mechanical parts.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering.
• Exposure to fumes, dust, and sharp edges.
• Requirement to work under temperature fluctuations and in cramped quarters.
• Need for clear vision and good hearing for telephone use.
