Seeking an Senior Project Manager to help manage and oversee our Cold Storage division at our firm. This role is crucial to our company's success, as you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground up food processing, food and beverage, or cold storage at a large scale.

This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, your duties will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from initiation to completion.
2. Managing the planning, design, and construction of cold storage facilities.
3. Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other construction and building specialists.
4. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
6. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
7. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
9. Identifying and managing potential risks or obstacles.
10. Providing regular updates to senior management on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction - proven experience in managing large scale projects, particularly in food processing and ground up construction.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar.
3. A solid understanding of the construction industry, including processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in project management software tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
