Want to make an impact?

At Ferrara, delivering the right product to the right customer at the right time is critical to our success—and the Order Management Specialist plays a central role in making that happen. This position sits at the intersection of supply chain, customer operations, and sales, ensuring that customer orders are executed with precision, speed, and a high level of service.

In this role, you will take ownership of the order lifecycle, managing customer orders against key service metrics such as case fill and on‑time delivery. You’ll analyze inventory positions, anticipate production timing, and make informed decisions that balance service excellence with operational realities. Your ability to think ahead and prioritize effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and Ferrara’s ability to deliver on its commitments.

Beyond execution, this role requires strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving. You’ll handle non‑routine situations that require judgment beyond standard processes—investigating order discrepancies, resolving service issues, and partnering cross‑functionally with supply chain, transportation, and sales teams to find solutions. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining operational discipline.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment where no two days are the same—and where your ability to solve problems and drive outcomes has a direct, visible impact on the business.
